COLOMBO (News 1st) – The National Council for Road Safety is to introduce a uniform for all three-wheeler drivers. Chairman of the Council Dr Sisira Kodagoda noted that all preparations for the matter have already been made. However, the three-wheeler drivers are against this decision.
