The CID filed a motion on October 02, asking the court that he be named a suspect in the case, and noting that he could get arrested. Magistrate J. Trotsky said that that would be taken up later, as Dr. Samarasekara has filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
He is said to be behind the missing bone parts of the murdered rugger player. The SLMC has decided that he was responsible for the missing bone parts.
