COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Department of Meteorology has forecasted fairly cold weather in the morning and night times. The department forecasted a low of 7.8 degrees celsius for Nuwara Eliya and 24.2 celsius for Mannar. Further, the department stated that dew drops will occur in Nuwara Eliya owing to the low temperature.
