Neville is facing a case filed by the bribery commission over his not having declared his assets and liabilities from 2010 to 2014.
Neville and many others close to Mahinda Rajapaksa had amassed wealth through illegal means. The ex-chief bodyguard owns many buses and tippers, which could not have been acquired by a person of his stature. It is believed he had used these bank accounts for his unlawful financial dealings.
