'Koombiyo' award presentation ceremony
The teledrama 'Koombiyo' telecast over Independent Networks and which won acclaim from the viewers came to a close and parallel to it the award ceremony held in that respect was held at Kingsbury Hotel in Colombo. Artistes who too part in the teledrama as well as viewers attended the occasion. (Kalana Gunasekera who played the role of Priyantha Mahaulpathage was not present).
