COLOMBO (News 1st) – 12 Indian fishermen were arrested along with two vessels in the seas off Delft Islands in Jaffna, said Navy Media Spokesperson, Commander Dinesh Bandara. Further, he stated that they were arrested on charges of violating the maritime boundary and will be handed over to the Kankasanthurai Fisheries Department office.
