COLOMBO (News1st): Eleven more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Sri Lanka, health authorities confirmed on Wednesday. Accordingly, the total number of infections has risen to 321 among which 104 have recovered so far. Seven people have died due to the virus in the country.
