Colombo (News 1st); The Education Ministry has sought recommendations from Health Authorities to consider re-opening schools on the 09th of November. Documented recommendations were requested from the Ministry of Health, said the Education Ministry. The Ministry of Education has also decided to monitor online teaching, as not all students have the facilities to learn online.
