Colombo (News 1st): The National Water Supply and Drainage Board noted that an 18-hour water cut will be imposed from 9:00 pm tomorrow (October 19) in Colombo 13, 14 and 15. Further, water supply to Fort, Pettah, and Colombo 9 will be at low pressure.
